Nikolai is Marketing Director at Homestead Road. He leads all marketing functions — brand, growth, performance channels, content, and SEO — across every channel that brings Minnesota homeowners to the company. He also owns the company’s AI and business automation initiatives. His focus is building the systems that let a small team operate at the scale of a much larger one. Outside of Homestead Road, Nikolai is the founder of Tech Flow, a community of 1,000+ entrepreneurs and operators in marketing, tech, and AI.
